- Kensington Oval Cricket Ground has been rebuilt and is an excellent venue. Details available on request for great matches that will be played there.

Staff: Part time daily maid 5 days weekly. Cook by arrangement. Several excellent restaurants nearby and small restaurant close by.
Air conditioning in bedrooms only: Quoted rates do not include air conditioning. If used, there is an additional charge depending on the amount of electricity used for the villa. There is a surcharge for Christmas rentals.
Spacious patios leading to beach directly outside villa. Driveway for parking. Small garden. All watersports can be arranged to come to villa beach and transport for all tour activities.
Other Activities: Polo. Palm Shores is a short distance from Holders Polo Field. International polo and local matches played there and at 3 other polo fields.
