- The Villa is cleaned once a week, and after your stay. If you would like daily maid service, we can offer it at £30 per visit. There is a £500 security deposit, which can be paid by credit card.
Discounts may apply for less than 3 people or for longer rental periods. The advertised price is for up to 6 people, there is a surchage for more than 6 of £150 per person per week due to the additional utilities and cleaning costs.
A third deposit is required to secure your dates and the balance is due 2 months prior to arival at the villa.

- Coverley House has three lovely furnished bedrooms, two doubles and a twin. The twins can be pushed together to make a double and all beds have high quality memory foam mattresses. In addition we have left two fold away 'Z' beds which are more suited to Children (or adults after a lot of Rum!) and the lounge has a bed settee. The lounge isn't air conditioned but is kept cool by the breeze and ceiling fans. The Villa sleeps 6 very comfortably but can accommodate 8 at a squeeze.
