These properties are on the beach and therefore have higher prices but the quality of our accommodation is comparable. When comparing rates remember that our villas and pools/spas are private, so you can set up your own barbecue in the middle of the pool deck any time, or on a lawn, invite your friends and family, put on some music, share the rum, wine and beer and use the property without worrying about anyone else!!! (cant do this in a cluster of villas, apartments or at a hotel !). This privacy feature plus the fact that everything that matters is a short safe walk away are important advantages.

The villa has a hot water system which works from solar panels and has an electrical back up. The half bathroom is downstairs and facilitates easy access for your guests or when you are using the pool and don't want to go upstairs.

- King beds can separate into two singles if necessary. An additional bed put be placed in each bedroom if it is necessary to sleep 3 singles. The closets are walk in and has ample storage and come equip with hangers. The bedroom vanities are equipped with a full mirror with strip lighting and ample drawer space.
