Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 3 day deposit required to secure premises, and all fees must be paid in advance of occupying apartment. Addtional security deposit ($US500) will be reimbursed at the end of your stay. This price reflects a 20% discount due to minor construction at the property next door. This construction will end October, 2008, but we are offering a discount through the 2009 Wnter season. Minimum stay over Christmas: 3 weeks at the reduced rate of $7000 per week; shorter stays at $7500 per week for two weeks (minimum period during Christmas only)
- SPECIAL: Take advantage of our discounted rates. Discount prices are now offered for Summer and WInter Seasons. Rate specified already includes a 20% discount across the board.

Two bedrooms have a large double beds which can be unzipped to make two single beds. All bedding is new. Two levels: master on the main floor; 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the second floor of the apartment.

Other: RENTAL RATES JUST REDUCED. There may be light construction on a neighboring property. This is interior work , and should not represent any disruption to our guests.
