From the inner courtyard, one enters the main house (up to 12 people) through an entranceway with a southern, Tuscan-inspired flair. You'll feel right at home in this warm atmosphere, which has been decorated with many artistic details. The builder has made all of his residential dreams come true within 230 m2 of living space. Starting at the kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired, one comes to the large dining table (seats 12 people) in the cozy living room. From here, one can access the patio with its seating area and its abundance of flowers and palms. A view of the lake and the mountains accompanies you down to the pool, the garden and the lawn. Skirting the tiled stove in the living room, one arrives at the living gallery with its comfy sofa, television and library, then 2 bedrooms with balcony, kid's room and 2 bathrooms / WC.
