The villa is on the North Finger of Jolly Harbour Marina, 15 minutes from the capital St John's and airport. The villa comes with FREE broadband internet access. Jolly Harbour has a supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, a bank, casino, 18 hole golf course, fitness centre and swimming pool (free), squash and tennis courts to rent. Cars are available for hire on site. The villa is located near the golf course and has use of one of 2 beaches. the quiet, secluded North finger or the buzzy south finger. The Villa is Fully air-conditioned with open plan Lounge/Dining Room, Wifi and ethernet internet access, cable TV, DVD/CD player - fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer - one double and one twin bedroom both en-suite, balcony to double bedroom overlooking the water. Downstairs patio with direct access to private mooring pier and parking. Perfect for families, golf and sailing enthusiasts.

  • 10% discount for booking of 3 weeks or more. Payments accepted in British Pounds, Euros or US Dollars. Sterling cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account - Euros and US Dollar payments must be by electronic transfer (No Cheques). 25% non refundable deposit required to secure reservation - balance due 8 weeks before arrival which is also non refundable. Rental rates include all persons up to 4 and all utilities including air conditioning. A refundable security deposit will be required for insurance against damaged or missing items.
  • For maid service, add £13 per visit. Usually 2 visits per week suffice.
