- Please note that the WEEKLY rates quoted above are based on 2 people sharing the house, ie £530 per week for a couple.
Additional guests pay £200 each per week
Single visitors (ie one person occupying the entire house) will be charged £500 per week.
Please note that the NIGHTLY rates quoted are PER PERSON, per night
Special rates for children under 10 years of age by agreement.
CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR. These two weeks will incur special rates to be discussed with the owner. These weeks can start on different dates.
To secure a booking, we require a 15% deposit from our guests. The balance is due 3 weeks before arrival at the house.
Overseas clients must pay us through PayPal .
We do our utmost to ensure our guests' comfort and safety but we expect them to carry comprehensive insurance.

- The first double bedromm has an extra large bed. There is also a daybed in that bedroom which can be used by a child. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. A further bed can set up in the salon and the person sleeping there could use the 4th bathroom downstairs. We also have a baby's bed which can be set up in any of the rooms.
