Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1,175-$1,500/Month
- All utilities included with the exception of long distance telephone and internet charges. A $650 security deposit plus 50% of last month's rent must accompany rental agreement (100% of last week's rent required for weekly rentals). Security deposit less $35 (rental agreement processing and post-departure inspection fees) will be promptly returned to tenant after it is verified that the Villa is in good order by our local caretaker.Due to the Villas West Condominium Association's Age Restrictions, there is a minimum age requirement for at least one (1) of the tenants.
- Rate adjustments available for tenants who desire to lease the villa across the pre-peak, peak, and/or post-peak seasons, e.g., a December through March rental period would result in a lower monthly rental rate for the month of December. Rate adjustments will be considered for extended weekly rentals, i.e., staying more than 1 week but less than a full month. Rental periods of less than one (1) week will not be considered, i.e., 7-Day/6-Night Minimum Rental Period Required

Green Valley Villa Details
Area Attractions: The Villa is within driving distance to many amenities, restaurants, shopping areas, and a large gambling casino. Beautiful Tubac, Arizona, is a mere 15 minute drive to the south offering plenty of unique shops, art galleries, and restaurants, all reflective of the culture of the area. Five 18-hole golf courses are within short driving distances from the Villa. Biking, hiking and world renowned bird watching is popular in nearby Madera Canyon. Wildlife abounds in the Villa area, something to be enjoyed during morning and evening strolls.
Furnishings: Fully furnished throughout including linens, sheets and towels; Bedroom includes full chest of drawers and a mirrored dresser, a new queen-sized pillow top bed, 2 large closets and 19' color TV with remote; Kitchen has full size stove and refrigerator, water cooler and dispenser, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, dinner-ware and cook-ware, all needed dining and cooking utensils, plenty of cabinet, pantry and shelving space, dinette area can easily seat 4; Living area includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa sleeper, a recliner and an occasional chair, a 27 inch color flat-screen TV with Cable TV Service, VCR, DVD player, remote controls, and CD/Cassette/Radio player; Basic tools, tile vacuum sweeper, and carpet vacuum cleaner are provided; Recently renovated porch has new patio table with umbrella and chairs, gas grill, working 'Chimenea' and bistro table and chairs under shaded area.
Tenant Information & Appreciation: Upon knowing your interest in our villa, a Rental Agreement will be mailed to you. Your reservation is complete when the signed rental agreement is received by us along with the required security and rent deposits. A Tenant Information Packet is available upon arrival along with a complimentary bottle of wine. Our goal is to help make your stay as enjoyable as we can.
Golf: Five 18-hole golf courses are all within short driving distances from the Villa.
