Gilbert House Details
Amenities:
Furniture and appliances are new, which include a washer/dryer, frig w/ icemaker and filtered water, range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Also included are the TV, VCR, DVD, games and books! Furnishings include dishes and cookware, as well as a BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Really all you need are your clothes and food! A new Safeway (with a Starbucks!), and Albertsons have just been completed outside of the development - so you can buy a few groceries and relax on the patio!
Or choose to walk to the recreation area, swim in the heated pools (one Olympic size and one shallow depth with a beautiful waterfall), golf, play tennis, work out in the gym, play pool or shuffleboard in the clubhouse, relax in the library, or even play bocci ball! There is so much to do, it will be hard to decide!
Activities:
Less than a block away is the heart of the recreation center at Trilogy. Rent includes use of pools, hot tub, exercise room, steam room, tennis courts, clubhouse with billiards and shuffleboard, the library, computer room, bocci ball court and craft rooms. Tee off on the beautiful 18-hole golf course for an additional fee.
Area:
Just outside Trilogy is a new strip mall with grocery stores, fast food, and Starbucks! Fantastic restaurants and shopping malls are within a short driving distance (9 miles to Superstition Mall). Tucson and Sedona are less than 2 hours away. Drive to the Grand Canyon or San Diego in 5-6 hours.
