This newer luxurious 4 bedroom/2 Bath home is located only 25 minutes from Skyharbor Airport. & 8 minutes from William Gateway. It has one of the best locations for access to US60 Freeway in the Valley. This house can sleep 12. It is perfect for families. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed/separate shower and garden tub. Bedroom #2 has a very nice Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 singles. And Bedroom #4 has 3 singles. The front living room has a queen pull-out bed. The heated pool is next to the covered patio which has a table and plenty of chairs for easy enjoyment. Also near the covered patio is a brand new gas grill. The kitchen has all the utensils any person needs to prepare meals at your home away. The refrigerator has an in-the-door ice/water dispenser. A toaster, coffee maker, can opener, microwave, pots/pans, and dishes are also provided for your use. A must see.

Mesa House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Weekly rates from $900 to $1200
  • All renters must pay a $500 damage/security deposit . This is fully refundable if no damage is done during your stay, and this also secures your booked dates.
    Also, all renters must pay $125 (cash) for cleaning services. This is to be left at the house at check out.

    Pool Heat $125 per week

    November 21st - May 31st $1200 / week
    June 1st - September 30th $900/ week
    October 1st - November 20th $1000 / week

    Please contact me for special night, weekend, or monthly rates.

Activities: (All within 5-30 minutes away) Golfing, boating/tubing (Canyon Lake), shopping malls, Spring Training (Cubs, Angels, Brewers, A’s, Giants, Royals, Mainers) Mesa Swap Meet, Old Town Scottsdale, Casinos, Arizona State, NASCAR Races, and much, much more…… With-in walking distance: Fry’s (grocery store), The Good Egg, Starbucks, Cold Stone Ice Cream, Dana Park (Up scale shopping which include: Chico, Buca di Beppo, Drapers & Damons, Fine Food, Cold Water Creek, Black & White, and many others).

Wal-Mart, Target, Fry’s grocery store and many restaurants and bars are within minutes of our home (less than 5 miles).

This home is perfect to host a family reunion. Plenty of space for everyone.
