Green Valley Villa Details
A shuttle is also available at the complex. Voted one of the best places to retire, Green Valley has a lot to offer. Located at 2,900 feet elevation, the area has a rich history and 310 days of sunshine a year. We are cooler than Tucson and Phoenix. Green Valley is known for its outdoor activities all year long. Driving time to Tucson is approximately 20 minutes. Beautiful Tubac with unique shops, art galleries, and restaurants is a mere 15 minutes. Sip a margarita at Nogales, and the international border is just 30 minutes away. Casino gambling is also a short drive. Charming Elgin in Arizona's wine country, along with the small towns of Sonoita and Patagonia, are a short jaunt for a day trip.
Amenities: Air conditioning, fully furnished, including linens and towels. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes utensils, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, range, and refrigerator. Queen bed in master bedroom; single bed in second bedroom. TV, vacuum, and tile floor cleaner included. Smoking permitted outside on patio; pets on case-by-case basis. Age restricted: one tenant must be 55. :
Activities: Golf at seven courses in and around Green Valley! World-class birding and hiking nearby. Baseball spring training in Tucson, concerts, symphony, plays, touring, Desert Museum, Old Tucson, Kitt Peak Observatory, Titan Missile Museum, and Pima Air Museum are all great ways to spend a day or evening.
