You can enjoy drinks and dinner on the patio while watching golf or one of Arizona's famous sunsets. Home is fully furnished and ready to move in, just bring your clothes... The master and second bedrooms are separate to afford privacy. The great room has room for large dining with two eating areas and TV viewing too. There is a three car garage with remote openers for complete security.
Amenities: All appliances are included- washer dryer refrigerator ice maker smooth cook top microwave oven and garbage disposal. Home is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, coffee maker, linens, towels and bedding.
Club Activities: include heated lap pool, spa, large volleyball pool, tennis courts, boccie ball, fully equipped exercise room, a 20 seat theater, ballroom, ballet and dance workout rooms, library plus a great restaurant and bar.
