This private home will be ready for you beginning January of 2006!! *4 bedrooms and 4 baths. 2 of these bedrooms overlook the Gulf of Mexico. *Large Covered Gulf Front Porch with Swing Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. *Spacious Gulf Front Living Room with spectacular views of the waves right outside your door. *Fully Equipped Kitchen Plenty of Pots, Pans, and dishes along with a large seating area for family of 10 to dine together with extra seating along the bar area. *Bedrooms- all the bedrooms have Sealy Posturepedic bedding. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other three bedrooms each have a queen size bed All linens will be provided - All beds are furnished with down pillows and Egyptian cotton linens. *Access to private dock on bay for fishing, crabbing and watching sunsets.

    * Payment- payment in full is required eight
    weeks prior to arrival.
    * Cancellation Policy- If notice to cancel is
    given at least 120 days in advance the deposit will
    be refunded for a 10% cancellation fee.
    If cancellation is less then eight weeks 50%
    of full payment will be refunded (unless
    house re-rents).

    Weekly Rentals Only during:
    March 17th through August 12th

    All other dates require a four night stay.
