104 Cape Dunes Drive, Cape San Blas. The Blue mermaid is newly constructed 2 BR(both with queen size beds), 2 BA on main floor and large loft with two double futons. Sofa converts to double bed. TV in every room (including loft), Master has TV/DVD and DVD in living room. Screened fish cleaning station under house, private shower outside under unit, covered parking for four vehicles. Large covered, screened front porch has view of Bay, Master bedroom has a large deck and the loft has a balcony deck with a view of the gulf. Short walk (2 MINUTES) to two dedicated boardwalks 1 MINUTE on boardwalk to beach)within the complex. More pictures on request.

REGISTRANT MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE All new appliances, double door refrigerator with large ice maker, micro hood above range, toaster oven, stack washer and dryer, professionally decorated. Supplied by owner: sheets, blankets, towels, beach towels Limited supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, cleaning supplies. Beach supplies in storage below: beach chairs, crab nets, buckets, beach umbrella, coolers, sand toys for toddlers, rolling cart to carry chairs, coolers, etc.

ADDRESS: 104 Cape Dunes Drive, Port St. Joe, FL : OFF SHORT OR IN SHORE FISHING: CONGO CHARTERS (850) 229-8034. HAPPY OURS KAYAK 1/4 mile away (directly on the Bay). Beach is always empty, feel free to leave your chairs on the beach or at the end of the boardwalk. Ride horses on the beach (1/4 mile away). ST. JOE GOLF COURSE (5 miles away). You can fish right on the beach in front of the subdivision and usually catch some whiting and occasionally a flounder (use live shrimp). During certain times of the year there is an abundance of blue crabs. The bay is great for snorkeling (scallop season opens July 1 and lasts until September 10). Full and half-day boat rentals are available at Presnell's Marina (between the Cape and Port St. Joe). Port St. Joe (10 minutes), Apalachicola (20 minutes) for excellent seafood restaurants. Indian Pass Raw Bar (Best oysters in Florida) (3 miles).

Famous Raw Bar (3-/12 miles away) Loggerhead restaurant (1/2 mile away). Port St. Joe (10 miles away) Mexico Beach (30 minutes). Panama City Beach (1 Hour plus with traffic).

Golf: Port St. Joe Country Club (5 miles away)
